Our Shipping Policy
- The orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of ordering and this can vary based on
- the availability of stocks. If you require express shipping or the option to choose a special

- Order dispatching/deliveries may be affected on holidays and weekends
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking info via an email
- The transit duration depends on the postal/courier service and location, so an exact delivery date cannot be mentioned
- Brand Packaging’s responsibility over damage or delays ceases after the product has been handed over to the postal/courier service
- We cannot be held liable for providing an incorrect delivery address at the time of order placement
Our Cancellation Policy
Requests for order cancellations or changes can be accepted only before order billing depending on each order. All cancellations carry an 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been billed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
Our Return & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event of an issue, kindly keep the following points about our return/refund
policy in mind:
- Once an item has been sold, we do not accept returns or replacements
- There is no exchange or refund option
- Returns are accepted only in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
- This will require an unboxing video to confirm the request.
- A damaged or incorrect product return request must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery
- The shipping costs for returns must be borne by you
- You are required to pack the product properly for return to prevent any damage
- during transit
- If we accept the return, only the cost of the product is refunded and not the shipping costs
